It has a holographic shining in different colors at different angles . This special reflective material has a silk-like soft touch. 20" width is designed for professional grade equipment but may be easily used with a wide variety of desktop, crafting, hobby cutters, etc. Cut the vinyl into 12" lengths for 12" x 20" sheets.
